Do you do call outs?
Yes, during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) if the vehicle is in our area of service (Snowy Valleys Region and Gundagai).

Do you have an out of hours service?
No. If you need after hours repairs in the Tumut area contact Hartwigs on 02 6937 8500

How do I get a price on 4WD accessories?
You can fill in the form on our 4WD Accessories page to receive a quote via email
or give us a call on 0269 476 555 and get a price over the phone.

How long does it take to receive 4WD accessories?
Generally 3 - 5 business days from date of order.

How long does it take to order and install 4WD accessories?
The accessories take 3 - 5 business days to arrive and we will need to book your vehicle into our workshop for a day to complete the install.
From order to install completion takes on average 7 business days.

Where can I find warranty terms on Ironman 4x4 products?

I have purchased a second-hand 4WD accessory. Can you fit it?
No. We do not fit second-hand accessories, or accessories bought from Ebay as they are often missing parts, installation guides, or have no warranty.

Registration

What types of vehicles do you do rego checks on?
Any type of vehicle.
We can now also provide blue slips.

Can you clear defect notices?
Yes.
